Libreville, Gabon – Henri-Claude Oyima, the longtime CEO of BGFIBank and one of Central Africa’s most influential financiers, has been appointed Gabon’s new Minister of Economy, Finance, Debt and State Holdings. The appointment, announced Monday by the Secretary General of the Presidency, comes with a specific mandate to tackle the rising cost of living.
