Abuja, Nigeria – Nigerian cocoa farmers are advocating for the return of regulatory boards to improve the sector’s operations, though they insist these boards should not have price-fixing powers, the Cocoa Farmers Association of Nigeria (CFAN) said in an exclusive interview with Allen Dreyfus.
