Morocco’s Producer Prices Decline in December Amidst Stable Inflation

  • Central bank expects inflation to rise to 2.4% in 2025, up from 1% in 2024

The cost of goods at the production or wholesale level in Morocco declined in December, according to data released on Friday by the High Commission for Planning (HCP). The country’s Producer Price Index (PPI) for the manufacturing industries, excluding petroleum refining, fell by 0.5% compared to November.
