Afreximbank, the Government of Saint Kitts and Nevis, and Nigeria-based Aquarian Consult have signed a $40 million Letter of Interest to build a deep-water port in the Caribbean nation, signalling a major step toward launching a new Africa-Caribbean trade corridor.
