ACCRA, GHANA – As Ghana’s Finance Minister Dr. Cassiel Ato Forson prepares to deliver the 2025 Mid-Year Budget Review on Thursday, July 24, industry stakeholders are warning that poorly handled fiscal reforms could stall the country’s tentative economic recovery.
