Small-Scale Miners Propel Ghana’s Gold Production to 4.5 Million Ounces in 2024

Accra, Ghana – Gold production in Ghana is projected to reach 4.5 million ounces this year, bolstered by new mining projects and ongoing redevelopment efforts. This follows an increase from 3.7 million ounces in 2022 to 4 million ounces in 2023.
