Rwanda and Belgium have formalised a new bilateral cooperation agreement,committing €95 million (approximately Rwf131 billion) to foster development across several critical sectors of the Rwandan economy. This agreement signed today, aims to strategically distribute resources within agriculture, urbanisation, health, and public finance management.
