Accra, Ghana – Ghana’s President-elect John Dramani Mahama has launched an ambitious anti-corruption initiative as part of his administration’s drive to address systemic graft and enforce accountability. Dubbed Operation Recover All Loot (ORAL), the programme was a central pledge in Mahama’s campaign and forms a key element of his 120-day social contract agenda.
