IMF Disburses $360 Million to Ghana, Boosting Economic Recovery

Accra, Ghana – The International Monetary Fund’s Executive Board has approved an immediate disbursement of $360 million to Ghana, marking a major milestone in the country’s economic recovery efforts. This latest tranche, following the successful completion of the third review under the $3 billion Extended Credit Facility (ECF), brings total disbursements to $1.9 billion since the program began in May 2023.
