Zambia Aims for 79.3% Domestic Funding in 2024 Budget

Lusaka, Zambia – Zambia is targeting to raise 79.3% of its K167.9 billion (US$6.47 billion) 2024 national budget from domestic resources as part of its conditions to attain debt restructuring and return to macro-economic stability. This is up by 12.6% from last year’s 66.7%.
