VICTORIA, SEYCHELLESChina has extended a $14.47 million grant to Seychelles, signalling continued strategic backing for small frontier economies navigating tight fiscal conditions.

The commitment was reaffirmed during a courtesy call by Chinese Vice President Han Zheng on Seychelles’ President Patrick Herminie at State House, with discussions focusing on economic cooperation, infrastructure development, and long-term financing support.
