Abidjan,Côte d’Ivoire – Inflation in Côte d’Ivoire slowed to 0.5 % year‑on‑year in March, its weakest reading in almost five years, the National Statistics Agency (Anstat) said on Thursday. The harmonised consumer‑price index had risen 0.7 % in February, extending a seven‑month run of deceleration that officials say signals a decisive move toward price stability.
