Maputo, Mozambique – Construction of the Temane thermal power plant in Mozambique’s Inhambane province has been suspended indefinitely after a dispute with Spanish contractor TSK, casting doubt on a flagship scheme meant to anchor the country’s gas‑fuelled energy expansion.
