ADDIS ABABA, ETHIOPIA — Ethiopia is set to receive another major injection of International Monetary Fund (IMF) support after staff and government officials reached agreement on the fifth review of the country’s four-year reform programme, despite mounting concerns over the economic fallout from the war in the Middle East.
