Yaoundé, Cameroon – Cameroon is ramping up efforts to safeguard its petroleum supply with the creation of CSTAR, a new Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) tasked with constructing a 250,000-metric-ton strategic fuel depot in the port city of Kribi.
