Accra, Ghana – Atlantic Lithium Limited, focused on African lithium exploration, raised $6.7 million in an institutional placement aimed at advancing its Ewoyaa Lithium Project in Ghana. The company, in a statement released Friday, October 25, announced that the funds will support Ghana’s first lithium mine, with the placement offering 43.5 million new shares at 11.73 pence each.
