Lagos, Nigeria – MRO Energy, a Lagos-based integrated energy asset management company, has received approval from Nigeria’s midstream and downstream regulator to establish a 10,000 barrels-per-stream-day (bpsd) refinery in the oil-rich Niger Delta. This marks another milestone in the country’s push to boost refining capacity and secure energy independence.
