ABUJA, NIGERIA – Nigeria’s state oil firm NNPCL reported a provisional full-year profit of N5.76tn ($4.2bn) for 2025, underscoring a strategic pivot towards gas and downstream operations.
The Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPCL) said its Profit After Tax (PAT) rose 6.6% from N5.4tn in 2024, according to its latest monthly operations report for December. Group revenue for the 12 months ended December 2025 climbed to N60.52tn ($44.7bn), while remittances to the federal government totalled N14.71tn.
