Lagos, Nigeria – The Nigerian government announced on Thursday that it has reached an agreement with oil producers to sell crude oil to domestic refiners at market prices. This deal was facilitated by the Nigeria Upstream Petroleum Regulatory Commission (NUPRC) in response to challenges faced by local refineries in securing affordable crude oil.
