Tanzania Secures $129 Million AfDB Loan to Modernise Agriculture

Tanzania will receive a $129 million loan from the African Development Bank (AfDB) to integrate technology in agriculture and boost productivity. The funds will be channelled towards digital technologies, including satellites and artificial intelligence, to promote agribusiness as a viable career for young people, the lender stated.
