ABUJA, NIGERIA — Nigeria has launched exports of its new Cawthorne crude, marking a strategic push to revive oil output and strengthen export capacity amid persistent production shortfalls.
The first shipment of 950,000 barrels of Cawthorne Blend crude was lifted into the global market over the weekend via the Floating Storage and Offloading (FSO) Cawthorne vessel, according to Sahara Group.
