Abuja, Nigeria – A previously unknown militant group in Nigeria’s oil-rich Niger Delta has claimed responsibility for a series of attacks on major oil infrastructure, including a pipeline serving the Brass Export Terminal, escalating tensions in the region amid a political crisis in Rivers State.
