  • Expiry of current facility leaves Kenya with an $800 million funding gap

Nairobi, Kenya – Kenya has set November 2025 as the target to finalise a new loan agreement with the International Monetary Fund (IMF), replacing the four-year facility that was set to end next month but has now been discontinued.
