Accra, Ghana – President John Dramani Mahama has dissolved the boards of statutory institutions, including corporations, commissions, and councils, in accordance with the Presidential (Transition) Act, 2012 (Act 845). The directive, effective January 7, 2025, was announced by Acting Presidential Spokesperson Felix Kwakye Ofosu, signaling a significant restructuring effort under the new administration.
