Yaoundé, Cameroon – The illicit trade of Cameroonian cocoa beans to Nigeria, once limited to small cross-border exchanges by villagers, has expanded significantly, costing the country customs duties and foreign exchange earnings, according to Cameroon’s cocoa regulator.
