Abidjan, Cote D’Ivoire – Ivorian authorities announced plans this week to construct a minimum of 150,000 social houses across the country through private investments. This initiative aims to address the nation’s significant housing deficit, which currently exceeds 833,000 units and increases by approximately 40,000 to 50,000 units annually, according to the Ministry of Housing.
