Lagos, Nigeria – Aliko Dangote, Chairman of the Dangote Group, has called on petroleum marketers, including the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPC), to cease importing petrol and instead source locally from his newly commissioned refinery in Lagos. With a daily refining capacity of 650,000 barrels, the Dangote Refinery has the capability to meet Nigeria’s fuel needs.
