Dynacor to Invest in Artisanal Gold Mining in Senegal

  • The project is set to boost the artisanal mining sector in Kédougou, employing 50,000 people

Dakar, Senegal – Canadian mining company Dynacor Group Inc. (TSX: DNG) has announced plans to construct a gold ore processing pilot plant in Senegal, aimed at producing gold from ore sourced from small artisanal miners. The Montreal-based gold ore processor, known for paying dividends, last year established Galam SA, a wholly owned Senegalese subsidiary tasked with spearheading the project in the West African nation.
