Accra, Ghana – Ghana has taken a significant step towards enhancing its crude oil value chain with Sentuo Oil Refinery receiving approval to invest $980 million to construct a refinery capable of processing 2 million metric tonnes of crude annually. In the project’s second phase, Sentuo plans to invest an additional $1 billion to increase the refinery’s capacity by another 3 million tonnes.
