ADDIS ABABA, ETHIOPIAEthiopia says its sweeping economic reform programme is delivering early results, with exports rising and growth accelerating after months of macroeconomic strain.

After 18 months of intensified policy adjustments under its Homegrown Economic Reform agenda, the government argues the country has moved beyond crisis management into the early stages of recovery.
