ACCRA, GHANAGhana has returned to domestic bond markets for the first time in three years, cautiously reopening a key funding channel after a debt crisis that shook investor confidence.

The West African country stunned financial markets in 2022 when it suspended debt payments and forced both domestic and foreign creditors to accept heavy losses under a sweeping restructuring programme.
