ABUJA, NIGERIA — Nigeria’s state oil company is reviewing all four of its refineries to determine their commercial future before seeking global operators with proven experience to run them.
The Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPC Limited) said on Monday it has begun a technical and commercial assessment of its plants in Kaduna, Warri and Port Harcourt — long plagued by decades of neglect — as part of a sweeping transformation programme to revive domestic refining capacity.
