Dakar, Senegal – Senegal has taken a major leap in its national space ambitions with the successful launch of GAINDESAT-1A, the country’s inaugural satellite. Launched over the weekend from Vandenberg Air Force Base in California, the event marks a crucial step in Senegal’s SenSAT program, part of a broader strategy to achieve technological sovereignty.
