ADDIS ABABA, ETHIOPIA – Ethiopia’s trade with China has surpassed $13 billion, underscoring a deepening economic partnership between Africa’s second-most populous nation and its largest trading partner.

The milestone reflects steady growth in bilateral commerce and investment flows over recent years, according to a statement from Ethiopia’s Government Communications Service, which described the relationship as a central pillar of the country’s economic strategy.
