CEMAC cuts 2025 growth forecast to 2.4% as oil output falls

YAOUNDÉ, CAMEROON – The Central African Economic and Monetary Community (CEMAC) has slashed its 2025 growth forecast to 2.4%, down from 2.9% projected in March, citing a sharper-than-expected decline in oil production and a worsening global outlook.
