Cameroon Contracts ARISE IIP for New Industrial Port Zone in Douala

  • 500-hectare industrial port complex to target nine key sectors including timber, textiles, and agro-industry
  • The project is expected to create 15,000 direct jobs and support local industrial transformation efforts

Yaoundé, Cameroon – The Port Authority of Douala (PAD), which runs Cameroon’s largest seaport, has contracted ARISE Integrated Industrial Platforms (ARISE IIP) for the design, financing, development, management, and maintenance of a new industrial port zone.
