Luanda, Angola – The United States and Angola have entered a new chapter in their diplomatic and economic relationship during a landmark visit by President Joe Biden to Luanda. Arriving on Monday, at the tail end of his presidency, Biden reaffirmed the United States’ commitment to Angola’s development whilst announcing $1 billion in funding to bolster food security.
