Accra, Ghana – The International Monetary Fund (IMF) has reached a staff-level agreement with Ghana for the third review of the country’s three-year programme with the Fund. The agreement announced Friday is subject to approval by the IMF Executive Board, which will pave the way for the release of the fourth tranche of $360 million, bringing the total disbursed amount to $1.92 billion.
