  • Nigeria eyes deepwater expansion amid new investment push

 

ABUJA, NIGERIA – Shell Nigeria Exploration and Production Company Limited (SNEPCo) has resumed production at Nigeria’s flagship deepwater Bonga field after completing a major turnaround maintenance on its floating production vessel.

SNEPCo said the maintenance work on the Bonga Floating Production, Storage and Offloading (FPSO) vessel was completed 11 days ahead of schedule and without any safety incident.
