RABAT, MOROCCOMorocco expects economic growth to accelerate to 4.2% at the start of 2026, supported by agriculture and services, even as weak European demand and tighter regulations weigh on exports.

The economy is projected to grow by 4.2% year on year in the first quarter of 2026, up from 4% in the final quarter of 2025, according to the High Commission for Planning (HCP).
