Nigeria, Angola lead Africa’s $100bn refining expansion – OPEC

Africa is on track to deliver one of the world’s fastest downstream expansions by 2030, adding 1.2 million barrels per day (bpd) of refining capacity, according to OPEC’s 2025 World Oil Outlook.
