WINDHOEK, NAMIBIA – The Development Bank of Namibia (DBN) has been accredited as a Direct Access Entity (DAE) to the Global Climate Fund (GCF), unlocking access to medium-scale climate adaptation and mitigation finance of between $50 million and $250 million per project. The announcement was made at the GCF’s 42nd board meeting in Papua New Guinea earlier this month.
