Lagos, Nigeria – Dangote Refinery and the Independent Petroleum Marketers Association of Nigeria (IPMAN) reached an agreement on Monday for the direct sale of refined petroleum products, a move expected to streamline distribution, reduce prices, and ensure a steady supply across Nigeria, according to the marketers.
