Yaoundé, Cameroon – The government of Cameroon has expressed fresh concerns that the banana bunchy top disease (BBTD) present in farms on its southern border with Gabon and Equatorial Guinea could spread northward to key plantain and banana production areas if urgent measures are not taken.
