Nigeria to Issue $500 Million Diaspora Bond to Bolster Economy

Lagos, Nigeria – Nigeria is set to issue a $500 million dollar-denominated bond, according to Wale Edun, Minister of Finance and Coordinating Minister for the Economy. Unlike traditional approaches, this bond issuance will not involve the international financial markets.
