- Mozambique inflation rises to 3.2% in February
- Food and household fuel prices drive increase
MAPUTO, MOZAMBIQUE – Mozambique’s consumer inflation edged higher in February, reversing the previous month’s slowdown as food prices and household fuel costs pushed annual inflation to 3.20%.
The increase, reported by Mozambique’s National Institute of Statistics (INE), represents a modest rise from the 3.04% annual inflation recorded in January.
