NNPC Ends Suit Opposing Sale of ExxonMobil Assets to Seplat Petroleum

Abuja, Nigeria – State-owned Nigerian National Petroleum Company (NNPC) Limited has formally ended its legal challenge to the sale of some ExxonMobil Corp’s Nigerian assets to Seplat Energy.
